The purpose of this document is to provide scientists using the Thermal Emission Imaging System (THEMIS) Visible and
Infrared special geometry products with enough information to enable
them to read and understand the data products.
Topics discussed in this document include an introduction to the
THEMIS geometry products (IR-GEO and VIS-GEO) are spatially registered, spectral image CUBEs derived from the THEMIS calibrated radiance products (IR-RDR and VIS-RDR). Each image file is accompanied by a detached ASCII label describing the data format, contents, and processing history.
